Mark Taggart, Career Services Coordinator

Mark is originally from the Kansas City area and now currently lives in De Pere. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. Mark quickly became interested in marketing and advertising which led to his position with Gannett Media. Mark has a wealth of experience in his fourteen years of working in marketing which led to his great networking skills and his ability to connect instantly with people.

Most recently Mark has worked in higher education for the last two years in admissions where he helped direct students to their best educational path and advised them along the way.

On the home front, Mark is married to wife Gina, has a son named Tad and a dog named Olive. Mark enjoys boating, spending time with Tad going to his football and wrestling events and collects professional sports jerseys.

Outside of Globe, you might find Mark fixing up old cars and motorcycles as that is one of his passions in life. His prized project that he most recently restored was a Porsche.

Make sure you welcome Mark to Globe if you see him around campus or stop by his office and say hi!
