Red River Valley Paralegal Association legal seminar held at Minnesota School of Business – Moorhead campus

The Red River Valley Paralegal Association will be presenting a legal seminar on June 22, 2012 in conjunction with Legal Assistant’s Day. The legal seminar will be held at Minnesota School of Business Moorhead campus. Attorney Marshall W. McCullough from Ohnstad Twichell law firm will be presenting on Estate Planning Basics. Attorney Laura Berger from Berger Law Office will be speaking on Bankruptcy. Also speaking from her office are paralegal Allyson K. Lee and Legal Assistant Jordan Hogness. The keynote speaker is Judge Lisa K. Fair McEvers. She will be speaking on the Role of Legal Assistants in the Profession.

The Red River Valley Paralegal Association is a professional association dedicated to fostering the utilization, networking, development and education of paralegals throughout Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota. It was organized in 1981 and has been affiliated with the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. (NALA), since 1983.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies and a Master of Science degree in Legal Studies: Law and Public Policy.
