Student of the Month: Stephanie Schanke

Students choose Globe University for many different reasons, some for the hands-0n experience and others for the small class sizes.  Paralegal student Stephanie Schanke says “I chose Globe because the atmosphere felt more like family rather than being just another number.”

Paralegal Program Chair Erin Everett nominated Stephanie for Student of the Month saying Stephanie is eager to learn and has always demonstrated academic excellence in the classroom.  “Her attendance and contributions to class create a better learning environment for the entire class.”

Erin also commented on Stephanie’s professionalism. “Stephanie displays professionalism at all times.  When I visited her internship site, I was extremely impressed by her demeanor and professionalism.  This behavior will serve her well as a paralegal.”

Recently Stephanie accepted a position at the Wisconsin Medical Society as a customer service associate and although this isn’t a paralegal position, she will be working with contracts on a daily basis and is looking forward to becoming a licensed insurance agent so she can be a more valuable asset to her team. In her spare time Stephanie enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Globe University – Madison East staff and faculty are proud to recognize Stephanie Schanke as this month’s Student of the Month. As Student of the Month, Stephanie received a certificate, special parking spot for June, and $15 gift certificate to the school store.
