Session Descriptions and Presenters:

Basic Pet Care- Laurie Mumm ,Paul Olsen,and Matt
Thompson. This session will cover basic pet care including what to do with your
pet if you go into long-term nursing care. Register to win a $25.00 gift
certificate to Northside Pet Hospital!

Exercise and Nutrition- Dr. Aaron Arfstrom of Apex
Chiropractic. This session will focus on the benefits of exercise and nutrition
for weight loss and healing.

Exploring Technology – Kelsie Beckfield.  This session will meet your computer and
social networking needs.  You can receive
individualized help in basic computer skills or learn to use facebook, skype,
or post photos of your grandchildren and travels for others to view!

Financial Planning and Will Awareness- Reverend Joe Schultz.  This session will guide you through the need
for a will and what happens if you don’t have a will, discussion about
investing your money, and how much you need to retire.

Gardening on a Budget- Erin LaFaive. This session will
“grow” your knowledge of keeping cost low when gardening and provide tips on
using organic substances in your garden for “best for the earth” results.

Personality Profiles-Kent Davis.  This session will help you discover your
personality type and to recognize and understand others. You will be given tips
on how to communicate effectively with others.

Personal Security – Dick Bennett, GEN Director of
Business Development.  This session will
provide you with techniques used to breach security, prevention tips on how to
become a smaller target, and a discussion of protection services that are
available.

Time Management- Kent Davis. Short of time? This
session will lead you through a discussion of what we know about time, how we
spend our time, how to maximize time based on priority, and help you calculate the
length of an activity.
